Role Description The Buyer role at Priority Solutions Ltd Official is a contract, on-site position based in Philadelphia, PA. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and services that support the company’s branding and communication projects. Daily tasks include identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotes, negotiating pricing and terms, and placing purchase orders in line with budget and quality requirements. The Buyer will track deliveries, resolve order or invoice discrepancies, maintain accurate purchasing records, and collaborate with internal teams to anticipate and meet project needs. This role also involves monitoring market trends, assessing supplier performance, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes. Qualifications Strong skills in purchasing, procurement, and vendor management, including experience in sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts. Ability to analyze costs, compare bids, and make data-informed purchasing decisions aligned with project budgets and timelines. Proficiency with procurement or ERP software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools to manage orders and track inventory or deliveries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in buying or supply chain roles; experience within marketing, creative services, or agency environments is an advantage. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
