We manufactor our own italian sausage, custom cut lamb, and we are a meat distribution center. ```Duties``` - Cut, trim, and package meat products according to customer specifications - Ensure that all meat products are handled and stored in a safe and sanitary manner - Follow proper food safety and handling procedures at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations in the meat department ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in meat cutting or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper meat handling techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision - Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic math skills for weighing and measuring meat products accurately - Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
