Butcher / Dispatcher

Responsibilities: Responsible for cutting, trimming, preparing, and packaging meat products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. Qualifications: Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred. Knowledge of meat cuts and handling procedures. Ability to use meat cutting tools and equipment.
