Business-to-Business Delivery Driver / Grocery Stock Team Member

Position Summary Zerbo’s Market is looking for a dependable, hardworking Business-to-Business Delivery Driver / Grocery Stock Team Member to join our team. This position combines a daily delivery route between our Zerbo’s locations with hands-on work in our Grocery Department. At the beginning of each shift, you’ll be responsible for loading and driving the company delivery van from one Zerbo’s location to our other location, unloading and organizing the delivery, and ensuring products arrive safely and on time. Once the delivery is complete, you’ll spend the remainder of your shift working as a member of our Grocery Team. This is a great position for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, driving, and being part of a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Daily Delivery Drive the company delivery van between Zerbo’s locations at the beginning of each shift. Safely load, transport, and unload grocery and store merchandise. Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule. Verify products and quantities during loading and delivery. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Follow all company driving and vehicle-safety procedures. Represent Zerbo’s professionally when interacting with employees, vendors, and other business partners. Grocery Department Stock shelves and maintain organized, attractive product displays. Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and quality. Receive, unload, and put away grocery deliveries. Assist with inventory organization and maintaining backstock. Keep shelves, coolers, displays, and storage areas clean and organized. Build displays and endcaps as directed. Help customers locate products and answer basic product questions. Monitor shelves for out-of-stocks and communicate inventory needs to the Grocery Team. Assist with general cleaning and other grocery department duties as needed. Work cooperatively with other team members to keep the department running efficiently. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and a clean, safe driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Comfortable driving a company delivery van. Ability to safely lift and carry cases of groceries and other merchandise. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Able to lift approximately 50 lbs. as needed. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team. Previous grocery, retail, stocking, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus, but not required. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
