(https://sungdousa.com/) We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible Business Development Assistant / Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to join our Business Development & Procurement team in Suwanee, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or junior professional interested in developing experience across business development, contracts, procurement, and project coordination within the U.S. construction and advanced manufacturing industries. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will support the Business Development & Procurement team in areas including: Assist with sourcing and prequalification (PQ) of vendors, subcontractors, and business partners Support the preparation, review, processing, and tracking of purchase orders, NDAs, subcontracts, and other commercial agreements Coordinate purchase orders and related documentation with vendors and project teams Conduct industry, market, and competitor research and prepare internal reports and summaries Assist in identifying new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to prospective clients and partners Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, qualification packages, and other business development materials Participate in client meetings, business meetings, and project/site visits as needed Communicate with state and local Economic Development Corporations (EDCs) and other public agencies to gather information regarding incentives, site development, permitting, and potential project opportunities Coordinate with engineering teams, project teams, and our headquarters in South Korea regarding technical specifications, procurement requirements, and purchasing schedules Maintain ongoing communication with Korean and U.S. vendors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and public agencies Maintain procurement and contract-related records and assist with tracking vendor deliverables and delivery schedules Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Business Development & Procurement team Qualifications Fluency in both Korean and English is required (bilingual proficiency) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or work experience in construction, engineering, procurement, supply chain, business development, or a related field Familiarity with purchase orders, contracts, vendor management, or procurement processes Experience working in a Korean-Amer…
