Business Operations Specialist

Spaceline designs and builds complex products for commercial and government customers including the aerospace, cryogenics, industrial gas, and defense sectors. Spaceline product lines include industrial process systems, cryogenics, ground support equipment and in-space fluid systems. Responsibilities Specialist role performing marketing, procurement and sales tasks in a lean and growing business. Lead competitive sourcing and procurement for industrial supplies. Process purchase orders and perform supplies receiving coordination. Perform assistant role helping to manage business day to day operations. Perform marketing tasks including website updates, ad analysis and lead generation. Contribute to forecasting, business analysis, and data-driven decision making. Management of specific business operations and marketing projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. 1-2 years in a similar role with increasing responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Extremely organized; expert with tasking, resolution and follow-up. Basic understanding of accounting and expenses. Demonstrated data analysis, data interpretation, and analytical skills; able to communicate findings clearly to varied audiences.
