About the Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Operations & Sales Trainee to support the day-to-day operations and sales activities of our marketing business. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants exposure to both business operations and sales within a fast-paced marketing environment.

You will receive structured training across operations, sales, and client support, gaining a broad understanding of how a marketing business runs while developing commercial and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups
• Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate between sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM systems
• Support client onboarding and account coordination
• Assist with performance tracking and basic reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
