The Manager of Business Operations Perioperative and Procedural Services, in collaboration with the directors of these departments, analyzes and assists in management of the business functions for surgical and procedural services, overseeing areas including finance, labor analysis, scheduling practice analysis, analysis and management of supply chain usage, capital request support, and provides information and analysis on various other aspects of the business units leading to improvements in efficiency and profitability. The manager works closely with the directors of Perioperative and Procedural departments and is focused on improvement of resource utilization and cost control to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Onsite: This is an onsite position where you will split time between Rust Medical Center and Presbyterian Hospital
