DescriptionROLE OVERVIEW
The Coordinator role within Business Operations is a vital part of ensuring that all order processes flow properly. This role will support internal business partners, including Sales and Collector Services teams, to ensure orders are handled with the fan experience as a top priority. Operating order entry and ticket request systems will be key functions.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
• Receive direction, coaching, and assigned tasks from Business Operations leadership
• Operate ticketing systems to address order and return inquiries
• Work in multiple Order Management systems to monitor and maintain open or overdue orders
• Communicate with local FC Leadership and internal teams on inventory availability and quality assurance
• Research logistics issues and file claims directly with shipping carriers
• Offer additional support to internal teams as the business requires
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Obsessive about best-in-class customer/fan experience across all touchpoints
• Superior communication skills on various levels. Must have articulate speech, proper business writing skills, and ability to quickly address any concerns.
• Work well under pressure during peak holiday season, which may require extended work hours and weekend shifts.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or relevant experience in the field.
