The Equipment Warehouse Technician 1 engages in a variety of tasks including tagging, staging, storing, and maintaining inventory. This role will participate in a multiweek training program to become proficient in handling equipment, understanding warehouse processes, and mastering workflows. Primary responsibilities will involve receiving and staging equipment efficiently. This role necessitates a mechanical aptitude for tasks like assembling received equipment. Additionally, duties include utilizing software systems for inputting and managing information related to inventory and equipment logistics. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to stand, walk, and unload items safely
Awareness of safety protocols, including PPE and infection control
Must be 21 years or older, based on DOT driving requirements
Positive Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no misdemeanor traffic violations in the last 5 years and no felony traffic violations
Demonstrate safe operation of company vehicles and adhere to DOT driving standards
Successfully pass a driving test at the branch as part of DOT and OHS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) or warehouse settings

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
