General information Bernville.PA_USA CEVALogistics Contract Logistics Full Time Pay Range: $129,655 YOUR ROLE As a Project Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end implementation projects within a 3PL or contract logistics environment, including new customer and site start‑ups as well as the deployment of warehouse automation solutions into existing operations. You will be accountable for delivering complex implementation programs that introduce robotics, conveyor, and material handling technologies, coordinating across internal teams, customers, and external vendors to ensure successful execution from design alignment through go‑live and operational handover. This role requires strong project management capability, a solid understanding of contract logistics environments, and hands‑on experience delivering automation implementations in high‑stakes startup and retrofit settings. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Project Management & Execution Lead site-level projects and programs, including new customer/site start‑ups and automation deployments into live operations, ensuring timely and successful execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Drive accountability by monitoring progress, resolving issues, and removing roadblocks across cross-functional teams. Ensure all projects comply with company policies and industry regulations Own vendor coordination, execution sequencing, and readiness through installation, commissioning, and go‑live Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and delivery outcomes. Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and opportunities. Implementation & Operational Readiness Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Solution Design teams to support operational readiness for new sites, processes, and automation solutions. Support operational design and process definition activities required for successful startup or retrofit. Ensure implementation outcomes align with agreed service levels, capacity requirements, and performance targets at handover. Financial Oversight Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
