• Developing new shipper and customer relationships
• Growing FTL reefer and dry van business
• Identifying dedicated and contract opportunities
• Building recurring, high-volume freight opportunities
• Negotiating sustainable and profitable business
• Developing and growing key accounts

Who we’re looking for:
✓ Proven transportation/logistics sales experience
✓ Strong understanding of FTL transportation
✓ Existing shipper and industry relationships are a strong asset
✓ Experience with reefer and/or dry van freight
✓ Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
✓ A mindset focused on both revenue growth and profitability
