About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to win shipper business and keep it. This is a senior sales seat for someone who has already built real relationships in freight and wants a company behind them that can deliver. You'll own your accounts from the first conversation through long-term growth, backed by an operations and carrier team that has been doing this for over four decades. What You'll Do Win and grow shipper accounts across all FTL modes, LTL, and expedited Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pricing, negotiating, closing, and growing the account Turn single-lane customers into multi-lane, long-term partners Work directly with carrier sales and operations so what you promise is what the customer gets Keep your pipeline and activity current in our CRM Use market conditions and rate trends to have smarter conversations with customers What We're Looking For 5+ years of freight brokerage or 3PL sales experience A proven track record of generating revenue and gross margin from shipper relationships you personally developed and manage Established relationships with transportation and supply chain decision makers The ability to produce quickly. You already know what a good lane looks like Strong pricing and negotiation skills, and the judgment to know when to walk away from bad freight TMS and CRM experience Self-directed and accountable.
