The focus is new business across air and ocean freight, with an aggressive commission plan. What you’ll do Identify Texas shippers whose international freight you want to win. Get in front of the people who buy forwarding services, learn how they move their cargo and find a lane where you can earn their business. Take the opportunity from the first call through the quote and follow up until you secure the booking. What you’ll bring Air and ocean freight forwarding sales experience and a track record of winning new customers.
