ts payable operations through process improvement, technology implementation, and operating model transformation. You will work directly with procurement, finance, shared services, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, visibility, and supplier collaboration.
You will lead engagement workstreams spanning business process assessment, future-state design, technology implementation, deployment, and value realization. Success in this role requires deep understanding of Procure to Pay processes and the ability to connect business objectives with operational and technology solutions.
This role involves collaboration with client teams across multiple locations and requires flexibility to travel to client sites as needed, with travel expectations of up to 60% .
Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
