Senior Business Analyst – Coupa Procurement / P2P Location: Remote – United States Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Fulltime Job Overview TCS is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Coupa Procurement / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement, Supplier Management, P2P processes, Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Approval Workflows , and procurement controls. Experience with Coupa–Oracle ERP integrations is required, while experience with Exiger or other Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for procurement initiatives. Lead requirements workshops and process discovery sessions. Analyze current-state and future-state Procure-to-Pay processes . Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Work closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Compliance, IT, and technical teams. Define functional requirements for Coupa, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise integrations . Support inbound and outbound integration requirements. Review data conversion and migration requirements and validate migrated data. Develop BRDs, process flows, functional requirements, and user stories . Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test plans, scenarios, and test scripts . Coordinate defect triage and resolution across business, vendor, and technical teams. Support production deployment, go-live readiness, and business training. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and operational procedures. Required Skills 6+ years of Business Analysis experience. Strong experience with Procurement and P2P processes . Hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement . Experience with Coupa Supplier Management . Strong understanding of: Requisitioning Purchase Orders Invoicing Approval Workflows Procurement Controls Compliance Experience with Coupa and Oracle ERP integrations . Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience. Experience with BRDs, Process Flows, and User Stories . Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production deployments . Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
