West Fork Community School DistrictCollege Community School District Hiring Incentive for our New Bus Drivers for the 2026-2027 School Year! New Bus Driver Hiring Incentive: College Community Schools is offering a new hiring bonus of $500 for new bus drivers hired after June 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year. The hiring bonus will be paid in two (2) $250 installments. The first $250 will be received after completing 60 working days And the second $250 payment will be made after 90 working days. Additionally, the starting hourly wage for bus drivers is $24.35/hr. Hourly Wage and Additional Benefits: Starting Hourly Wage: $24.35 per hour based upon prior experience - Bus Drivers Up to 10 years previous experience as a bus driver given towards placement on the salary schedule!
