Bulk Dispatch Service Scheduler

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES SERVICE SCHEDULER INCLUDE: · Schedule service for Sauk Centre, Hoffman & Sauk Rapids divisions o Call customers o Put on service schedule/calendar o Update work order in ADDS with schedule date · Send out daily schedule to service techs o Print out daily job summary with assigned techs o Include work orders for each job with detailed and updated tasks · Monitor open work order spreadsheet & assign priority work orders as needed throughout the day · Enter Gopher One locates for all divisions · Make sure techs are turning in paperwork daily the divisions your responsible for · Handle service-related questions/phone calls from CSR’s or customers for all divisions · Coordinate work schedules with drivers if/when needed in service · Lead monthly P3 meeting · Back up to service billing · Enter parts inventory for all divisions · Manage tank inventory for all divisions JOB RESPONSIBLITIES BULK DISPATCH INCLUDE: · Dispatch bulk propane orders for Sauk Centre, Hoffman & Sauk Rapids divisions · Assist Sauk Rapids & Hoffman offices with dispatching fuel orders are needed · Perform delivery maintenance for all propane accounts for Sauk Centre, Hoffman & Sauk Rapids o Perform exception resolution report daily o Work with CSR in each division office to make sure tickets are posted in a timely fashion o Adjust K-factors as needed when service work is performed · Manage delivery stops with division CSR’s to ensure timely removal & deliveries · Back up Heidi with dispatching of remaining drivers if out of office · Oversee that monthly P3 bulk inspections are being completed for all divisions · Oversee that monthly P3 meter creep tests are being completed for all divisions · Assist drivers with Nee-Vo related questions/set up. Watch monitors for the divisions you dispatch · Assist and/or run reports directly related to bulk · Coordinate deliveries with new tank sets & system checks in a timely fashion · Assist on phones if needed Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
