Responsibilities Provide knowledgeable product demos and educate customers on various products to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling procedures Maintain optimal stock levels through effective stocking, merchandising, and inventory management practices Support supervising staff by overseeing daily store operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries via phone etiquette with professionalism and clarity to resolve issues promptly Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options to maximize sales opportunities Manage cash drawers accurately during retail sales and ensure proper documentation of all transactions Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably within the cannabis or related industry Supervising experience is highly desirable for those interested in assistant manager responsibilities Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory tracking Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills for stock management Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a positive shopping environment Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, supporting team success, and growing your career in a vibrant retail setting!
