Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service by understanding their preferences and needs Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, ensuring they make informed choices Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management Assist with merchandising displays to highlight new products and promotions effectively Uphold compliance with all legal regulations related to cannabis sales and age restrictions Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and product organization Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring a professional environment at all times Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles; hospitality background is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for basic data entry and record keeping Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or supplies safely and efficiently Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and computer operation skills Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing, merchandising, and stock management Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle cash responsibly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures Basic math skills for transactions, inventory counts, and product measurements Embark on an energetic journey with us where your passion for customer service meets the thriving world of cannabis retail.
