This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the cannabis industry, making a difference in people's lives while working in a vibrant retail environment. *WE ARE EQUAL, DIVERSE, & INCLUSIVE Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their preferences and needs Educate customers on various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items and enhance customer engagement Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring responsible consumption Handle retail store operations such as cash register operations, cash drawer handling, and retail math calculations Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or orders Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and product replenishment Promote a safe shopping environment by adhering to all legal regulations and store policies Qualifications *MUST HAVE CANNABIS WORK PERMIT Previous retail sales experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math calculations Experience conducting product demos and upselling in a retail setting Knowledge of cannabis products, industry regulations, and responsible consumption practices is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and responsibly Basic math skills for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions efficiently Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience that educates, inspires, and supports our community.
