What You’ll Do

• Lead Safe, High-Impact Operations – Set the tone for a safety-first culture by actively championing HSE standards, ensuring every job is executed safely, compliantly, and to the highest quality
• Run the Branch Like It's Your Own – Take full ownership of branch operations—people, service delivery, customer relationships, and financial performance—with the autonomy to make decisions and drive results.
• Execute with Precision – Oversee multiple projects and service contracts, ensuring work is properly planned, resourced, and delivered on time with strong attention to quality and detail
• Optimize Field & Shop Performance – Manage scheduling, workflows, materials, and team deployment to maximize productivity and ensure seamless execution from prep to completion
• Stay Ahead of Operations – Monitor progress, identify risks early, solve problems quickly, and ensure all reporting, documentation, and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time
• Drive Financial Results – Manage budgets, control costs, and align operations with revenue goals while supporting growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Strengthen Customer Partnerships – Build trusted relationships by staying close to customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring consistent, responsive service delivery

What You Bring

• 3+ years of operations or branch leadership experience (industrial, fire, marine, technical services or similar environments are well-suited)
• Experience leading field-based or technical service teams in regulated or safety-sensitive environments
• Proven ability to manage people, performance, and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong safety mindset and the confidence to set and uphold expectations
  
• Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Customer-focused, hands-on leader with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
