Branch Manager - II - HVAC Parts Distribution

Overview As a Branch Manager - II - HVAC Parts Distribution, you’ll lead branch operations that keep heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) parts moving reliably from suppliers to customers. You’ll guide the team, manage inventory and budgets, and coordinate warehouse, transportation, and order fulfillment activities. Your impact: By improving inventory accuracy and delivery coordination, you help customers get the parts they need and enable your team to work safely and efficiently. Duties Lead distribution operations, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment. Manage profit and loss, budgeting, procurement, inventory control, and demand planning. Coordinate transportation planning, freight, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers; use transportation management systems to support timely shipments. Apply process improvement, Lean practices, and continuous improvement to strengthen warehouse and logistics management. Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, warehouse management systems, and supply chain analytics to monitor performance and guide decisions. Qualifications Supervising, team management, and managerial communication experience; warehouse supervisor or other warehouse experience is valuable. Knowledge of supply chain management, distribution management, operations management, materials management, production planning, process management, and inventory management. Familiarity with transportation management, logistics, warehouse management, and warehouse distribution. Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; knowledge of a warehouse management system and transportation management systems is preferred. Exposure to 3PL, non-vessel-operating common carriers (NVOCCs), and supply chain analytics is a plus.
