Branch Manager - Distribution Operations

Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates residing outside the area. Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily branch operations to achieve safety, sales, service, operational, and financial objectives. Oversee customer order fulfillment and monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance to ensure customer requirements are met. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement, proactive communication, and effective issue resolution. Identify business growth opportunities and collaborate with customers to develop solutions that enhance value. Manage branch staffing, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development. Monitor and manage branch financial performance, including sales and inventory forecasting, operating expenses, accounts payable, and labor costs. Track key branch performance metrics, including OTD, quality, inventory management, shortages, and profitability. Requirements: Experience managing branch operations, distribution, supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing environments. Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive operational and commercial performance. Previous experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Experience developing and managing business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
