Sales Jobs Location: Knightdale, NC Posted Date: November 04, 2026 Summary: The Branch Leader directs infrastructure operations for a branch distribution center and coordinates marketing activities for National Sales Teams by personally performing or delegating the following responsibilities to subordinate supervisors. Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM Seniority Level: Director Employment Type: Full-time To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities: Coordinate import, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures. Responsible for sales, inventory levels, scheduling and customer development for the branch. Liaison for trucking fleet needs, temporary help, trucking rates, driver coordination, and ordering office supplies. Coordinate capital purchases for the Branch, maintenance of plant and equipment, and office/warehouse expansion. Confer with customers and representatives of National Sales Teams to evaluate and promote companies products. Develop plans for efficient use of materials, products, machines, and employees. Review costs and product quality, and modify import and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division. Review operations of competing organizations and plan and direct sales representatives to develop new markets. Fulfill administrative duties such as hiring, product knowledge training, communication, yearly goals and space planning. Direct preparation of accounting records. Recommend budgets to management. Perform additional duties as required and or requested. Additionally, the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Five (5) years in related fields or equivalent experience.
