Box Truck Owner-Operator | We Got Lanes Logistics We Got Lanes Logistics is recruiting owner-operators with their own box truck for freight opportunities based around Atlanta, Georgia. This is a contract owner-operator opportunity, not a company-provided vehicle position. Lanes, schedule and start date will be discussed individually; freight volume is not guaranteed. Compensation Owner-operator receives 80% of gross freight revenue; We Got Lanes retains 20%. This is variable percentage-based compensation, with no guaranteed weekly revenue, salary or minimum loads. The operator share is before operating expenses and is not take-home profit. Fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls and other expenses, settlement timing, treatment of fuel surcharge/accessorials and any deductions will be disclosed in a written agreement before work begins. Responsibilities Safely transport freight within vehicle capacity; communicate pickup and delivery updates; maintain accurate bills of lading and proof of delivery; inspect and maintain your vehicle; comply with applicable transportation and safety requirements. Dispatch support will coordinate freight and broker communication. Qualifications Own or lease a reliable box truck; hold a valid driver license and CDL where required for the vehicle and operation; have relevant delivery experience, dependable communication and a safety-focused approach. Provide truck year, length, GVWR, verified payload, dock height, liftgate and pallet-jack availability. Have experience handling box truck freight and delivery paperwork. Required insurance, authority or lease-on eligibility will be reviewed before onboarding; do not assume coverage is provided.
