Box Truck Owner Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced 26' Box Truck Owner Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods, managing deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a professional driver with a strong background in route driving, loading and unloading cargo, and operating commercial vehicles. As an Owner Operator, you will have the opportunity to manage your own schedule while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of safety and service. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck to deliver goods to various locations according to scheduled routes Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, maintaining excellent customer service standards Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Assist with warehouse activities including moving inventory as needed Handle some lifting safely during loading and unloading processes Must have valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage MC# and DOT# required Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Strong knowledge of route driving and navigation skills Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills Ability to perform lifting and manual labor safely during loading/unloading tasks Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus Ability to manage time effectively and work independently as an Owner Operator Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and vehicle operation Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
