Box Truck Driver & Warehouse/ Maintenance Work

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Box Truck Driver & Warehouse/Maintenance Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations both on the road and within our facility. This key position combines commercial driving responsibilities with warehouse and maintenance tasks, offering a diverse and engaging work environment. You'll be responsible for piloting our 24' box truck between our manufacturing facility and our distribution center, helping to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our warehouse, and supporting routine maintenance to keep everything running seamlessly. Duties Driving & Delivery: Safely operate a 20’ box truck and pickup truck for local pickups, deliveries, and equipment transfers. Loading/Unloading: Secure loads properly and assist with loading/unloading of cargo. Warehousing: Assist the warehouse team with organizing inventory, pulling orders, and staging materials. Light Maintenance: Perform basic tasks such as clearing walkways, changing light bulbs, or assisting with minor facility repairs and upkeep. Safety: Maintain a clean vehicle and adhere to all safety protocols both on the road and on the warehouse floor. Qualifications Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history (no CDL required). Experience: Comfortable operating large vehicles (up to 26,000 GVWR) in various traffic and weather conditions. Physical Ability: Able to lift up to [50+] lbs and stay active on your feet for several hours. Reliability: Strong punctuality and a "can-do" attitude when switching between different tasks. Communication: Basic digital literacy for logging deliveries and communicating with department leads.
