Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate Company: WE3PL Location: Goodyear, AZ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus overtime and weekends as needed Pay: $22.00/hour to start About WE3PL WE3PL is a third-party logistics provider based in Goodyear, AZ, delivering reliable warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution solutions for our clients. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who can split time between driving local delivery routes and supporting warehouse operations. Position Overview We're seeking a Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate to handle local deliveries and pickups in a 16–26 ft box truck, while also assisting with day-to-day warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, and inventory management. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in both safe driving and an organized warehouse floor. Key Responsibilities Driving Duties Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries and pickups within the greater Phoenix/Goodyear area Load and unload freight using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and proper lifting techniques Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance issues promptly Obtain delivery confirmations/signatures and maintain accurate delivery records Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate with dispatch/warehouse team regarding route status and delays Warehouse Duties Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as needed Assist with loading/unloading trucks and trailers Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus) Prior box truck or delivery driving experience preferred Prior warehouse experience preferred (receiving, picking, packing, inventory) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one) Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic comfort with handheld scanners or warehouse management software Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Consistent, local routes (home every day) Opportunity for growth within a growing logistics company Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
