Box Truck Driver- Tire Collector

$16.50/hour 30-Day probation (training), $17.50–$20.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights | CDL Not Required Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Box Truck Driver- Tire Collector to join our team! In this role, you'll drive a 26-foot box truck to local customer locations, work alongside a rider to collect tires, and provide friendly, professional customer service. This is a hands-on, physically active position that is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with others, and having a job where every day is a little different. What You'll Do Drive a 26-foot box truck from our warehouse to local customer locations Work with another team member to load tires onto the truck Accurately count and record tires according to their sizes Interact professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service Complete required paperwork, obtain customer signatures, and collect payments when applicable Return to the warehouse when the truck is full and unload tires into designated areas Turn in paperwork and payments to your supervisor Keep the truck cab clean and free of trash and debris Perform other related duties as needed to support our daily operations What We're Looking For Valid state driver's license — CDL is NOT required Medical DOT certificate is required. This appointment will be scheduled during the 30-day probationary period. Ability to safely lift and move 50–100+ lbs. Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience & Skills Previous experience driving a box truck Familiarity with tires, including different types, sizes, and brands Previous experience in delivery, transportation, warehouse, or similar work Don't have tire experience?
