Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck for local or regional deliveries, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for accountability and tracking Provide outstanding customer service by communicating professionally with clients during drop-offs and pickups Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and proper functioning of the truck Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proven experience as a delivery driver or box truck driver with route driving familiarity Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods safely and efficiently Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude in all interactions Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and proper vehicle maintenance procedures Join us as a Box Truck Driver and become an essential part of our logistics team!
