Job Title: Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL) - Regional or OTR Long Distance Company: JAD TRUSTED TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC Location: Somerville / Boston, MA area (Nationwide & Local Routes Available) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: JAD TRUSTED TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC is looking for reliable, professional, and experienced Box Truck Drivers for our 26ft Box Trucks. We are expanding and offering TWO different pay structures and routes depending on your driving preference: OPTION 1: REGIONAL DRIVER (Home Frequently) - Pay Structure: $25.00 per hour. - Routes: Regional routes within New England/Northeast area. OPTION 2: OTR LONG DISTANCE DRIVER (Over-the-Road) - Pay Structure: 20% of the truck's weekly gross revenue. - Average Expected Salary: $1,300 to $1,800+ per week (depending on completed loads). - Routes: Long-distance nationwide routes. Must be comfortable being out on the road during the week. Benefits & Perks (For Both Options): - Equipment: 26ft Box Truck in excellent condition. - Fuel & Expenses: Company fuel card provided. 100% covered, zero out-of-pocket expenses for fuel or truck tolls. Requirements: - Must have a valid regular Driver's License (No CDL required). - Must have at least 1-2 years of experience driving a 26ft box truck. - Clean driving record (MVR background report). - Must pass a mandatory DOT drug test and medical card screening. - Reliable, professional, and independent on the road.
