Box Truck Driver – Non-CDL | Full-Time Anticipated start date: December 1, 2026 Netterville Logistics LLC is a Minnesota-based transportation company seeking a dependable, safety-focused Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to operate a company-provided 26-foot box truck. This position will initially involve freight in Minnesota and surrounding areas, with regional and interstate travel expected as operations grow. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, safety-conscious, comfortable working independently and has a strong driving history. Compensation & Schedule $25–$28 per hour, based on experience and driving history Approximately 40–50 hours per week, depending on freight volume, routes and customer schedules Full-time position Start and end times may vary depending on scheduled pickups, deliveries and route requirements Company-provided 26-foot box truck CDL not required Paid training Minnesota Earned Sick and Safe Time provided in accordance with applicable law Minnesota generally requires eligible employees to accrue paid Earned Sick and Safe Time at least at the state-required rate. Paid Work Time This is an hourly position. Paid work time includes required: Driving Pickup and delivery activities Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Fueling Loading and unloading when required Freight securement Required paperwork and delivery documentation Required on-duty waiting or detention time Other required work performed on behalf of Netterville Logistics LLC If a shipper or receiver delays a scheduled pickup or delivery and the driver is required to remain available for the load, that time will be recorded as work time as applicable. Drivers must promptly report significant shipper or receiver delays to management. Regional & Overnight Travel The position will initially involve Minnesota and surrounding-area freight, with regional and interstate routes expected as the company grows. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Drivers will never be required or expected to exceed applicable DOT/FMCSA Hours-of-Service limits in order to complete a route or return home. Federal property-carrier rules generally limit driving to 11 hours after the required off-duty period and prohibit driving beyond the applicable 14-hour on-duty window. When an assigned route requires an overnight stay: Netterville Logistics LLC will provide or pay for approved hotel accommodations Company-related fuel, tolls and approved truck parking are paid by the company Required overnight/off-duty rest time is not hourly paid work time The driver will resume the route after completing the required rest period Any applicable meal or per-diem arrangements will be communicated before the overnight assignment Breaks & Meals Drivers will receive appropriate breaks consistent with applicable law and DOT/FMCSA safety requirements. Bona fide meal periods during which the driver is completely relieved of work duties may be unpaid. Required work performed during a break is paid work time. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck transporting general, non-hazardous freight Complete local, regional and eventually interstate pickups and deliveries Arrive at scheduled pickups and deliveries on time whenever circumstances reasonably permit Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Report mechanical, safety or maintenance concerns promptly Safely operate liftgate, pallet jack, E-track/load-securement equipment and other freight-handling equipment as applicable Properly secure and protect freight while in transit Assist with loading and unloading when required Verify shipment information, delivery addresses and paperwork before departure Maintain accurate bills of lading, delivery documentation and other required records Follow applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations, Hours-of-Service requirements and company safety procedures Maintain professional communication with shippers, receivers, brokers, customers and company management…
