Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Box Truck Driver / Hauling Crew Member to join our team. This role involves operating commercial trucks to transport materials and goods efficiently and safely. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving items, adhering to traffic regulations, and handling materials with care. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport materials and goods to designated locations. Assist with loading and unloading items, utilizing manual handling techniques and material handling equipment as needed. Ensure all driving activities comply with traffic laws and safety regulations. Use mobile devices for navigation, communication, or documentation purposes during routes. Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle. Collaborate with team members to coordinate hauling schedules and ensure timely deliveries. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during moving and material handling tasks. Experience Prior experience in commercial truck driving or related transportation roles is preferred. Familiarity with operating material handling equipment is advantageous. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of traffic regulations and safety standards for commercial vehicles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
