Box Truck Driver & Appliance Installer

We are an independent delivery and logistics company looking for a reliable, hard-working Box Truck Driver and Appliance/Home Goods Installer to join our team. In this role, you will lead a two-person team operating a 26ft box truck to handle final-mile local deliveries and high-quality residential installations.If you are a professional driver who takes pride in excellent customer service, safety, and efficient teamwork, we want to hear from you. What You Will Do Drive & Navigate: Safely operate a 26ft box truck on local daily routes. Deliver & Install: Deliver and install heavy household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges) and drop off various home improvement goods, landscaping materials, and building supplies. Heavy Lifting: Load, unload, and maneuver heavy, bulky items into customers' homes safely using proper equipment (straps, dollies). Customer Service: Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude at every stop, ensuring a clean and professional final job. Team Operations: Coordinate efficiently with your team helper to complete the daily route safely and on time. Job Details & Schedule Start Time: 6:00 AM sharp. Hours: Task-based daily schedule (typically around 8 hours per day, though it can vary based on the daily route and completion speed). Pay: $200 daily cash flat rate. Requirements Experience: Prior experience driving a 26ft box truck and handling final-mile appliance or cargo delivery is highly preferred. Physical Ability: Must be capable of continuous heavy lifting and moving heavy appliances/building materials throughout the day. Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer relationship skills. Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to the dispatch location early every morning.
