Box truck driver

Drive a box truck to deliver building materials, lumber, sheet goods, and mixed construction materials to job sites in the Greenville–Welford, SC area. A helper will always be provided to assist with unloading heavy materials. This labor-intensive position requires heavy lifting, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional conduct, and careful placement of materials without damage. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on hours, experience, and position. Paid training is provided. Work is performed in person on the day shift, and people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Drive a box truck on dispatcher-assigned routes and scheduled daily delivery lists. Load, inspect, and secure building materials, lumber, sheet goods, and mixed construction materials. Deliver materials safely and on schedule to job sites. Unload heavy materials with assistance from a provided helper. Lift, carry, and place materials at job sites in a presentable manner without causing damage. Provide professional customer service during deliveries. Complete delivery documentation accurately. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license. Clean driving record, subject to verification. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional conduct. Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in delivery driving.
