Driver Job Description Pick up & Deliver Freight within local area Home daily, off weekends! Driver Requirements: 23+ years of age Valid CDL-B license 12 months of recent & verifiable delivery driver ( 12 months within the past 3 years) No previous record or consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances (ZERO tolerance) Not involved in a major preventable accident in the past 3 years No more than 2 highway convictions in the past 2 years Less than 10 jobs within the past 10 years Driver duties: *NOTE- YOU WILL ALSO BE BACKING INTO DOCKS MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY, AND LOADING & UNLOADING FREIGHT! Perform pre and post trip inspections on company vehicles as required and ensure their safe operation. All issues must be reported as required. Deliver products on a safe & timely basis. Establish and maintain contact with supervisors and coworkers. Perform any other duties as required by management. Ensure compliance with all DOT Safety Regulations. Maintain a professional image at all times.
