Schedule Options Depending on freight availability, routes, and customer requirements, scheduling options may include: 3 weeks on / 1 week off 2 weeks on / 1 week off Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview and confirmed based on available freight and operational requirements. Drivers must be dependable, flexible, and willing to fulfill their agreed-upon work commitments. Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided 26-foot box truck. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Pick up and deliver freight according to assigned schedules. Load and unload freight when required. Properly secure, handle, and protect cargo. Follow assigned routes and dispatch instructions. Use GPS, smartphones, transportation apps, and electronic paperwork. Complete required delivery documentation and proof of delivery. Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Provide courteous customer service. Keep the assigned truck clean and organized. Report mechanical problems, safety concerns, delays, and delivery issues promptly. Follow applicable transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Perform the essential physical duties associated with assigned deliveries. Requirements Valid driver's license: Must be current and must not be expired before the scheduled start date. 26-foot box truck experience: Previous experience operating a 26-foot box truck is strongly preferred. Clean driving record: Must have a safe driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Commercial auto insurance approval: Must meet the company's insurance eligibility requirements and receive approval from the insurance provider before operating a company vehicle. DOT medical card: Must possess a valid DOT medical examiner's certificate when required for the position and applicable regulations. Ability to pass applicable background and driving-record checks. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and professional communication. Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, mobile applications, and electronic delivery paperwork. Ability to manage assigned loads and work independently. Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work hard, follow instructions, and represent Blackstone Solutions Group LLC professionally. Important hiring requirements: A driver's license that is expired or will expire before the scheduled start date does not meet the license requirement.
