Box Truck Delivery Driver

BOX TRUCK DELIVERY DRIVER – BATON ROUGE, LA Major Issue Transports LLC is hiring dependable and experienced Box Truck Delivery Drivers for local and regional freight routes. PAY: Drivers earn 30% of the revenue generated from assigned loads/routes Pay varies based on routes completed Additional earning opportunities may be available based on workload RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate company box trucks Pick up and deliver freight, including Amazon Relay and other contracted freight Use the Amazon Relay app to manage assigned loads, check in and out, follow route instructions, and provide required load updates Safely load, unload, and move palletized freight using a pallet jack when required Complete assigned routes safely and on time Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization Communicate with dispatch regarding loads, delays, and route status REQUIREMENTS: Louisiana Class D (Chauffeur's License) required Pallet jack experience REQUIRED — must be able to safely load, unload, and move freight using a pallet jack Must be able to use a smartphone, GPS navigation, and the Amazon Relay app Amazon Relay experience preferred; training on company procedures available CDL preferred, but NOT required Box truck or delivery experience preferred Must demonstrate safe driving habits Must be dependable and able to report for scheduled routes on time CURRENT OPERATIONS: We are currently hiring for local and regional operations.
