Drivers are our primary hiring focus, and applicants can apply for either role. We provide white-glove service: delivering appliances into customers’ homes, protecting their property, completing assigned installations carefully, and providing professional service from arrival to departure. We want dependable, attentive people who take pride in hands-on work and support their partner. Driver / Appliance Installer — $180–$220 per day As a driver, you will: Safely operate the box truck, complete vehicle inspections, and follow the assigned delivery route. Coordinate with your partner to keep deliveries organized, safe, and efficient. Participate in loading, unloading, lifting, appliance positioning, and assigned installations. Communicate professionally with customers and complete required delivery documentation. Driver requirements: A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements. Box-truck driving experience is preferred, along with appliance installation or related hands-on experience. Delivery Helper / Installation Assistant — $150–$200 per day As a helper, you will: Assist your driver with loading, unloading, and preparing for each delivery. Organize tools, lifting straps, and equipment so the team is ready for each stop. Participate in lifting, appliance positioning, and assigned installations. Help protect customers’ homes, communicate respectfully, and account for equipment before leaving each stop. Helper requirements: Basic tool skills, readiness for physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and support your partner’s needs. Appliance delivery, installation, moving, or related experience is preferred. What both roles involve Deliver and install washers, dryers, refrigerators, and ranges, with occasional smaller-item and drop-off-only deliveries. Handle gas appliance connections only when trained and authorized. Safely handle items weighing approximately 10–200 pounds as a two-person team, using appropriate lifting straps, dollies, and other equipment, including on stairs and through tight spaces. Have access to basic installation tools, including a drill, sockets, and appropriate bits. Stay focused in a fast-paced setting while protecting people, property, and appliances. Follow installation procedures, recognize unsafe situations, ask for help when needed, and report problems honestly. Both teammates share responsibility for careful installation work, equipment organization, and customer service. Experience or working knowledge of appliance work is strongly preferred because you and your partner complete each route together in the field. We will also consider capable applicants who learn quickly and are committed to developing their skills. Pay and performance Your daily base rate is agreed upon before you begin. Placement within your role’s advertised range and opportunities for higher daily pay depend on experience, demonstrated skills, and consistent performance.
