Living Well with EBoutique Operations & Live Sales Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Fairburn, GA | In-Person Pay: $18 per hour, ($15 per hour, first two weeks TRAINING) Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week Saturday Availability Required About the Position We are a growing women’s fashion and accessories boutique seeking a reliable, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our team. Our business operates in a fast-paced online retail and live shopping environment. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and genuinely enjoys staying productive. This is a hands-on position that combines inventory management, order fulfillment, daily boutique operations, and live sales support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, works with a sense of urgency, and can complete tasks independently without constant supervision. We’re especially interested in someone with a positive personality, confidence on camera, and enthusiasm for fashion and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Receive, tag, number, hang, and organize incoming merchandise. Prepare inventory for upcoming live shopping events. Maintain organized clothing racks, accessories, and storage areas. Process merchandise efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Order Fulfillment Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Print shipping labels and assist with shipping operations. Verify orders for accuracy before shipment. Complete assigned fulfillment tasks within established deadlines. Help maintain an organized and efficient shipping workflow. Live Shopping & Sales Support Assist with preparing and organizing merchandise for live online shows. Must be comfortable on camera Help set up and reset the studio before and after shows. Confidently present merchandise and engage with customers on camera. Learn live selling techniques, product presentation, and customer engagement. Be willing to develop the skills needed to independently host live shopping events. Daily Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Assist with light studio upkeep and general organization. Transition efficiently between tasks as priorities change. Identify and complete necessary tasks during downtime. Provide additional operational support as needed. Previous experience in retail, boutique operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. Schedule & Availability Part-time position averaging approximately 20–25 hours per week. Most shifts begin at 9:00 AM. Saturday availability is mandatory. Consistent weekly availability is required. Occasional flexibility may be needed for live shopping events, special projects, or business needs. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Fairburn, Georgia. This is not a remote position.
