Bookkeeper/Inventory Controller
ConfidentialJob Descriptions : Maintain accurate financial records, including recording day-to-day financial transactions, such as accounts payable and accounts recievable. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements and other financial documents to insure accuracy.Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders and expense reports. Review purchase orders and verify all received items against the purchase order, including item description, quantity, unit price, and total amount. Check received goods for discrepancies, shortages, overages, damages, or incorrect items and report any issues promptly. Assist in the preparation of financial statements for review by management or external parties. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
