Criswell Collision CenterOverview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Parts Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining automotive parts operations This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and parts sourcing within a fast-paced automotive environment. You'll support the Parts Manager in overseeing daily bodyshop operations, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate parts administration to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties Assist in managing inventory levels through effective demand planning, parts sourcing, and inventory management systems to meet customer needs and optimize stock levels Coordinate procurement activities by sourcing OEM, LKQ, and AM parts, negotiating pricing, and managing supplier relationships to secure quality parts at competitive prices Oversee shipping & receiving processes, ensuring accurate order management, timely deliveries, and proper documentation using CCC one. Check in parts and mirror matching for accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams on automotive directions, vehicle systems knowledge, and automotive service requirements to provide expert support for tech inquiries Assist with internal communication across departments to streamline procurement, pricing strategies, and parts availability while ensuring excellent customer service standards are upheld Experience Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement within an automotive or manufacturing setting Hands-on knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and automotive parts & accessories management Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CCC One platforms or specialized parts management software Knowledge of Automotive parts Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to optimize sourcing strategies and pricing agreements Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and customer service excellence We are committed to supporting your growth through comprehensive training in procurement management, logistics, and automotive parts administration.
