Bobtail Dump Truck Driver

Overview: End Dump, Bobtail & Flatbed Driver Looking for a Bobtail driver. Working at a stone yard. Class A CDL required . Delivering stone, gravel, and other materials. Need someone that is versatile, hard working, and willing to help with many roles in the company wherever they are needed. Long-term opportunity. $19-22 per hour with a lot of overtime opportunities, (50-70 Hours Per week during busy times, 40-50 Hours when we are slower) Home Daily (exceptions on Uvalde runs) Skills Required: -Ability to drive a Bobtail truck (we can train you) -Will have to drive a compact wheel loader (we can train you) - Must Be On Time and Accountable!! (Start early a lot of days, could start 3am depending on dispatch if needed) -Needs to be hard working! -Be Professional/ Respectful and have excellent customer service! -Have good communication skills to work with the team -Have the ability to stay busy/take initiative to do work without being told what to do -Maintain Clean Truck! -Not be on phone all day -Will have to learn about rocks and stone -Will need to have a cell phone to use maps and to call customers everyday Requirements: - Class A CDL required - Clean driving record (2+ years experience) -Be a very good driver -Be willing to learn how to use a Flatbed, dump truck and a loader Schedule can vary depending on dispatch and how busy we are some days you get off early and some days are a little longer, averaging 50-60 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,700.00 per week Benefits: Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Driving: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: CDL A (Required) Work Location: In person
