Boat Logistics Coordinator Off The Hook Yachts Windham, NH Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. $52,000 annual base salary plus a $50 bonus for each boat you help process We’re looking for an organized, dependable Boat Logistics Coordinator to help keep our boat purchases moving from survey scheduling through closing and transport. You’ll work with our buying team, surveyors, marinas, transport providers, and closing team to keep schedules, paperwork, and next steps on track. What you’ll do - Schedule marine surveys, inspections, and related appointments - Coordinate haul-outs and boat transportation with marinas and service providers - Collect and organize survey reports, purchase documents, and closing paperwork - Track deadlines, follow up on missing information, and flag delays early - Keep transaction records and status updates accurate - Support the closing team with documentation and floorplan financing coordination - Keep everyone involved informed about schedules, changes, and outstanding items What we’re looking for - Strong organization and attention to detail - Clear, professional phone and email communication - Reliable follow-through across several active transactions - Comfort using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and business software - Good judgment when priorities change and care when handling customer information Marine industry experience is helpful but not required. Experience in logistics, scheduling, administrative coordination, or transaction support is also relevant.
