Job Overview Boar's Head Cold Storage Warehouse Worker. This is a part time position. $25 an hour- Avg 20 hours weekly. Paid weekly. Mon- 5 am to 9 am Tue- 4 am to 11 am Wed- 5 am to 10 am Thu- OFF Fri- 5 am to 9 am Please be sure to read ALL qualifications and be qualified before applying for this position. Company Requirements- 1- Must have some Warehouse experience. 2- Must have at least a high school Diploma. 3- Must have a Clean Criminal Record. 4- Must have basic Computer Skills. 5- Must be able to handle cold temperatures in Warehouse cooler. 6- Must possess a professional and confident demeanor, strong communication skills and above-average organizational & time management skills. 7- Must understand "Product Date Rotation." Need to be- 1- EXTREMELY DETAIL ORIENTED. 2- Highly Organized and Work Driven. 3- Have a Positive Attitude, Energetic, and Hard-Worker. 4- Able to follow instructions, and pay attention to details. 5- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 6- A team leader, who works well with other employees. 7- A fast learner and handle changes in a positive way. 8- A professional and confident demeanor, strong communication skills and above-average organizational & time management skills. Pay Rate- $25 to start Part Time- 20 Hours Avg weekly (Warehouse, more hours if on a Route) MUST BE A SELF-MOTIVATED INDEPENDENT WORKER. Requirements: A clean and groomed appearance always is essential. Have a high level of initiative, an ability to prioritize and multi-task, positive attitude, dependability, attention to detail and accuracy. Requires Lifting/standing/walking/bending throughout shift/product rotation/Carry up to 50 lbs. Must maintain a neat and organized working involvement. Able to demonstrate problem solving skills and ability to project a positive attitude. Always provides a professional image through appearance. NOTE: Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
