Blue Yonder TMS Functional Consultant – SAP Integration
Qualis1 Inc.Job Description: This role requires understanding of BY and SAP and certain soft skills like Critical thinking and Problem solving. As most issue escalate in the afternoons, we would want someone on shore/working regular business hours if possible. Has complete BY TMS module knowledge and understanding. Understands Order to Invoice end to end process How shipments are created and optimized How loads are planned How rates, tariffs, lanes, services, charges, equipments, locations, reference numbers etc are defined and tied together. Different types of vouchers and accruals and how they are created, match and tie to profit center and GL accounts How events are generated and executed Understand document/transaction flow between SAP, BlueYonder and to external Carriers. Understand and Develop/update mapping specification Work with carriers and logistics partners to troubleshoot issues independently. Understand BY job structures, able to add new jobs as needed. Able to independently troubleshoot issues and suggest solutions and process improvements. Basic SQL knowledge to be able to write simple cognos reports and jobs. Basic understanding of SAP idocs, transactions and tables. BlueYonder APIs
