Bitcoin Mining Facility – Warehouse & Equipment Operations

Job Description M3 Repair is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized individual to join our team at a large-scale Bitcoin mining data center in Barker, New York, near the Buffalo area. This is a hands-on, physically active position focused on handling Bitcoin mining equipment, supporting our repair technicians, and maintaining organized warehouse and inventory operations. The role involves removing mining machines from racks, transporting them to designated repair areas, and reinstalling the equipment once repairs are completed. No previous Bitcoin mining or electronic repair experience is required. Key Responsibilities Safely remove Bitcoin mining machines (ASIC miners) from data center racks. Load, unload, and organize mining equipment on pallets. Transport mining equipment to designated repair areas and provide machines to the repair technicians. Collect repaired equipment and reinstall it in the appropriate racks. Reconnect power and network cables following established safety procedures. Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and equipment tracking. Maintain accurate records of equipment movement and locations. Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing equipment for shipment. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with repair technicians and the operations team to maintain an efficient workflow. Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift and handle equipment weighing approximately 32–45 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive equipment-handling tasks safely. Comfortable working in a large industrial data center environment. Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or equipment-handling experience preferred. Basic computer skills for equipment tracking and inventory. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
