Biopharma Logistics & International Distribution Specialist

Title: Biopharma Logistics & International Distribution Specialist Location: Greater Cambridge Area, MA (Hybrid 1 day onsite) Employment Type: Contract Status: Accepting Candidates About the role Support Supply Chain Logistics and Commercial Distribution activities within a regulated biopharma environment, with a focus on international shipments and commercial distribution into the GCC region. The role will coordinate shipment execution, customs compliance, process implementation, and cross-functional activities supporting commercial product launches. Key Responsibilities Manage international commercial distribution shipments into KSA, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar. Support commercial product launches and implementation of new logistics process flows. Coordinate international bulk and sample shipments between CMOs and regions. Support customs compliance and U.S. commercial distribution activities. Partner cross-functionally with QA to support GMP/GDP and other applicable regulations. Maintain detailed logistics records, dashboards, and reports using Smartsheet . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain , or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on logistics experience in biopharma involving high-value clinical and commercial drugs for human use. Experience with U.S. importation and international shipments . Experience working in a regulated biopharma environment with strong attention to detail and data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; continuous improvement experience preferred. Smartsheet experience and familiarity with Middle East/GCC partners preferred. Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $55–$60/hr (W-2) . Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
