Jet Medical ElectronicsJob Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our healthcare technology team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of biomedical equipment used in patient care settings. Your expertise will ensure that medical devices operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities ● Diagnose, service, and repair medical devices, including equipment returned from rental and field use ● Refurbish devices by sourcing and integrating components from other units ● Perform soldering and other electronic technical work as needed ● Organize and manage parts inventory to support servicing and refurbishment operations ● Calibrate and maintain test equipment and tools in accordance with established standards ● Test and verify device functionality to confirm devices meet safety and performance standards prior to return to service ● Maintain accurate records of service activity, components used, and device history Qualifications ● Working knowledge of electronic diagnostics, repair, and refurbishing ● Experience with networking systems and concepts ● Proficiency in soldering or related hands-on technical skills ● Strong ability to learn new systems, tools, and procedures efficiently ● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for parts and inventory management ● Associate's degree or certification in Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or a related field preferred, though not required ● Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET) credential a plus What We Offer ● Full-time position with opportunities for professional growth in the medical device servicing field ● Structured training and mentorship ● A collaborative, warehouse-based work environment in Anaheim, CA Jet Medical Electronics Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
